1. What are your shipping speeds? 

Shipping speeds vary depending on the item purchased and the delivery location. Some customers may see their orders arrive within 8-12 business days, barring shipping delays, but we recommend ordering items for gift purposes at least two weeks in advance, to be on the safe side. Zen Chaos Writing is not liable for delays due to shipping company transit issues.

2. What payments do you accept?

3. How is my information kept secure? 

We use secure technologies, including HTTPS, TLS 1.2, SSL, DNSSEC, and PCI DSS Level 1 certification, to protect your data. Our platform, hosted on Wix, employs advanced monitoring and fraud protection. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to process payments or by law.

4. Will I receive a confirmation e-mail when I place my order? 

Yes! Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email, shortly after. To ensure that this email goes into your inbox, please add zen.chaos.writing@gmail.com to your contacts, and check your junk/spam folder just in case. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us!

5. Can I make changes to my order? 

We are unable to accommodate any order changes once your order that been placed. Unfortunately your order would had been processed by our warehouse team, and will not be able to adjust it.

6. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, contact zen.chaos.writing@gmail.com ASAP, and we'll check to see if it has hit production yet. We make no guarantees that cancellation is possible. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return the item after delivery.

7. Why is an advertised item unavailable on your website? 

We apologize that sometimes our production company may be out of stock of your particular desired item and/or discontinue things sometimes.  Keep an eye on our website, sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media so you can be the first to know about all our new and ‘back-in stock’ items!

8. If I decide I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, can I do such? 

Yes - just hit 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email newsletter.
