

RETURN POLICY
ZEN CHAOS WRITING - RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded unless there is a technical issue. If you encounter a problem, please contact us at zen.chaos.writing@gmail.com.
2. Physical Products
At Zen Chaos Writing, we care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Most products are designed and fulfilled through our production partner Printful, while select physical products are fulfilled by Printify.
Because both partners use print-on-demand manufacturing, every item is produced uniquely for you once ordered, minimizing waste and overproduction.
1. Return Eligibility

Return Window: Returns or claims must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Custom or Personalized Items: Because most products are made-to-order, they are non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, face masks and similar sealed goods cannot be returned once unsealed.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue
To request a return or report a problem, please email:

For Printify-fulfilled orders, you may also be asked to complete a “Submit Issue” form for verification.
Our team typically responds within 5–7 business days with next steps.
3. Return Shipping & Fulfillment Centers (Printful)
Most Zen Chaos Writing products are produced and shipped by Printful or Printify, and returns are processed through the fulfillment center that originally shipped your order. The address should be on the packing slip, but please contact us regardless before returning at zen.chaos.writing@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Once a return arrives at the facility, an email notification is sent. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items (Printful)
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product:

Notify us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a free reprint or refund once the issue is verified.

You do not need to return the defective item in most cases.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
5. Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive:

Report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll reprint and reship at no cost.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, but we’ll assist you in investigating with the carrier.
6. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If an incorrect address was provided:

The package will be returned to the fulfillment center.

You are responsible for reshipping costs to a corrected address.
Unclaimed packages are held for 30 days before donation to charity.
7. Customer Change of Mind
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color choice.
If you would like a different size or color, you may place a new order at your own expense.
8. Printify-Fulfilled Products
Some physical items (such as select accessories and home goods) are fulfilled through Printify.
Because Printify also operates on a print-on-demand basis:

All products are unique and produced only once ordered.

Returns and exchanges are not supported for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

In case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include a clear photo showing the issue; the damaged item does not need to be returned.

Refunds are issued to Printify’s internal account balance and may be transferred to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will return directly to the original payment source.

If multiple items using the same design are affected, an additional photo (or video) showing all items in one frame may be required.

Printify is not liable for returns due to wrong size or color selection. In cases of failed delivery, you may choose either a reprint (with an extra charge) or a partial refund.

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5 inch in print placement is allowed and does not qualify as a defect.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction.
10. Sustainability Notice
Zen Chaos Writing works with on-demand production partners to reduce overproduction and waste. Every item is made specifically for you once ordered, so returns and exchanges are kept to a minimum to support sustainable production practices.
11. Legal & International Notes

EU Customers: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, goods that are personalized or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return.

Brazil Customers: Orders may be canceled within 7 days of receipt (“right to regret”) by emailing zen.chaos.writing@gmail.com with a photo of the item.

This policy is governed by U.S. law and interpreted in English.
