At Zen Chaos Writing, every product is made to order and shipped directly from one of our trusted print-on-demand production partners (primarily Printful, with select items produced by Printify).
This process helps reduce overproduction and supports sustainable, mindful consumption—each item is created especially for you.
1. Order Fulfillment

Processing time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create, print, and package your order before it ships.

Fulfillment begins once payment is received and the order details are verified.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Please note that holidays, high-volume periods, or large custom orders may extend fulfillment times slightly.

2. Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on product type and destination. The time estimates below do not include the 2–5 days required for fulfillment. Customers in the United States may receive their orders within 8-12 days of ordering, but we recommend allowing up to two full weeks for gift-occasions, to be on the safe side. Zen Chaos Writing is not responsible or liable for any delays in shipping or transit.
Delivery speed may vary due to customs, local carrier schedules, and regional logistics.

Note: From October 15 to January 17, a small $0.40 seasonal surcharge applies to all U.S. shipments (standard carrier rate adjustment).

3. Delivery & Tracking

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please verify all details before submitting your order.

Once shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL, and others.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and we cannot control delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier service issues.
If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, mailrooms, or local post offices before contacting us. See our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

4. Shipping Rates
Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product type, destination, and quantity.

5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
However, due to carrier or legal restrictions, there are a few regions we cannot deliver to. If your destination is unavailable, you will see a notice at checkout before completing your order.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing times may also delay delivery; unfortunately, we have no control over these fees or timelines.

7. Live Shipping Rates
Shipping costs at checkout are calculated in real time using carrier data, taking into account:

8. Return Address
Our default return address corresponds to the fulfillment center that shipped your order.
If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it will be processed at that facility.
Unclaimed returns are typically donated to charity after 30 days.

9. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, or your order appears lost in transit:

Verify your shipping address and contact your local carrier.

Email zen.chaos.writing@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll issue a free reprint or replacement.
If a package shows as Delivered but cannot be located, we will assist you in investigating, though replacements for “Delivered” packages cannot be guaranteed.
10. Sustainability & Packaging
All items are printed on demand, reducing waste from overproduction.
Packaging materials are chosen for durability and minimal environmental impact whenever possible.
Multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster, safer delivery.
